Now, slide down move your legs forward, and bend them. Your thighs should be parallel to the floor with your feet pressed into the floor. Hold the position for 30 seconds at least to reap its benefits. You can increase the duration gradually.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Legs-up-the-wall<\/h3>\n<p>This exercise puts pressure on your waist and abdominal area.
